Large format printing on banner fabric
Advertising banners, used in outdoor advertising, they are made by applying large-format full-color printing to banner fabric. For banner printing, a resolution of 360-720 dpi is used.
Banners are the most commonly used media.
1. This is a very durable material (18 to 36 months warranty) and does not require regular replacement of images due to wear and tear as with paper.
2. Installation is possible by a worker without great qualifications and experience in installation; we all know from childhood what lacing shoes is; when installing a banner, the same principle is usually used.
3. A banner can be used several times, for example, you can make a banner once and use it at exhibitions for several years.
4. During transportation, the banner takes up very little space, as it is perfectly formed into a roll.
5. The speed of installation is incomparable to any other type of large-format printing on roll materials.
6. The banner makes it possible to print huge images whose dimensions amount to thousands of square meters and this is also undoubtedly the pole of this material.
Large format printing on Oracal

is one of the types of large format printing.
For outdoor advertising, the service life of such film can reach a year or more, and for indoor products it is practically unlimited.
Self-adhesive film ОРАКАЛ – This is a soft PVC film.
There are several types of ORACAL film:
1. Matte and glossy (most in demand) types of film for large format printing.
Microscopic irregularities are allowed in the surface of a matte film, while in a glossy film the surface is perfectly smooth.
2. Opaque, translucent (light-scattering) and transparent films.
Opaque - the most common, because they are more resistant to external influences, are durable and affordable.
Light-diffusing films are used for application to illuminated advertising (volumetric illuminated letters, illuminated signs, city lights).
Transparent films are used for pasting shop windows and creating three-dimensional stained glass windows.
3. Transport films are used for wrapping vehicles.
4. Light-accumulating films, i.e. those that are able to accumulate light during the day and emit light at night.
5. Reflective films, i.e. those that can reflect the light that falls on them. They are used to make road signs and advertising on the sides of roads.
6. Single-sided films are films with a large number of holes that are used for covering vehicle windows and (if necessary) room windows, in which a person behind such a window can clearly see the street, and a person looking at such a window can clearly see the printed image.
At our production you can order oracal film with full-color printing of any acceptable sizes, and we can also provide you with the service of rolling the film to the base.
The quality of large format printing on film is usually 720 dpi, if necessary it can be increased to 1440 dpi.
To protect such images from the effects of the external environment, we have two laminators installed in our production.
Lamination is the application of a transparent film over a printed image to protect it from external factors.
Film with full-color printing with quality 1440 dpi and lamination makes it possible to produce the highest quality, attractive, bright outdoor advertising.
Large format printing on blueback and citylight paper media
Bluebackis a long-form, non-translucent paper for large format printing, which is used for outdoor advertising.
Blueback paper has one blue side, thanks to this, firstly, the front image is protected from gaps, and secondly, it has an adhesive surface, which is convenient for installation.
Blueback paper is resistant to fluctuations in temperature and humidity (does not swell), to ultraviolet radiation, water and wind (does not tear), and the durability of the image is achieved thanks to inks based on solvent dyes.
Blueback paper is used for placement on panel structures with a placement period of up to 3 months.
Citylightsis an advertising structure intended for outdoor and indoor use.
Citylight is formed from two English words city (city) and light (light), i.e. .
Citylights are single-sided and double-sided.
Standard city lights have a size of 1.2 x 1.8 m and are equipped with a double-sided image backlit from the inside, which allows them to be seen clearly in the dark.<
For city lights, translucent paper is used, which transmits light and attracts attention to itself in the dark.
Posters for advertising structures are also produced for a period of up to 3 months.
